Job Purpose:

Key

Recruitment assistance and candidate screening.
Employee records management.
Benefits administration.
Employee engagement and event coordination.
HR reporting and documentation support.
Attendance and payroll support.

Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding of new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and update databases regularly.
Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and help organize events to foster a positive work environment.
Provide day-to-day support to employees regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Help with HR-related documentation and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Support payroll processing and attendance tracking.

Essential Qualification

Masters/Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-4 years of HR experience or administrative support experience.
Basic understanding of HR functions and policies.
HRIS software knowledge is a plus.

Skills And

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
