Maintain and monitor safety equipments in good working conditions.4. Ensure appropriate PPEs are procured and usages monitored.5. Ensure applicable safety norms are strictly adhered at all time.6. Ensure safety related SOP is framed displayed and ensure its adherence.7. Ensure first aid facility is maintained in good condition.8. Ensure fire fighting equipment’s are tested and maintained in good working condition at all time.9. Conduct periodical programs / events & trainings to enhance safety awareness among employees.10. Analysis of happened cases and take necessary measure to its non-occurrence.11. Maintain and update applicable legal documents / records at all time.12. Maintain Legal compliances related to DISH, MPCB, Fire office.

Role & responsibilities 1.To ensure timely Preventive maintenance and breakdown of machines & equipment's are accomplished and its documentations are maintained2. To ensure no losses due to machine breakdown3. To ensure machine history cards is maintained for all machines & equipment's4. To provide uninterrupted Utility services5. To ensure that all safety equipment's are installed and available in operating order 6. To maintain & monitor inventories of spares7. To maintain & monitor energy cost and prepare action plan for cost saving8. To plan and implement corrective/preventive actions for repeated failures9. To educate the operators on the importance of not changing or interfering with the safety devices10. To plan & maintain stock of spare parts required for critical machines11. To ensure dept. documents are maintained as per IATF 1694912. To implement & sustain TPM in shop floor13. To co-operate & co-ordinate with internal customers of other dept14.
