Role & responsibilities

  1. Time office and pay-roll management.
  2. Manpower report up-dation on daily basis,
  3. Employees master data up-dation.
  4. EPF & ESI Statutory requirement Compliances.
  5. HR budget vs. Actual expense variance analysis.
  6. Responsible for employee on-boarding and Induction.
  7. Implementation of HR policies.
  8. Handling of shift activities.
  9. General Admin activities monitoring.
  10. Shop floor operator recruitment (Trainees/NEEM/NAPS)
  11. Responsible for separation process and preparation of full and final settlement.
  12. HR MIS reports preparation.
  13. Handling of Employees grievance
  14. TPM activities
  15. Employees insurance claim

Employees Master data management.

MS-Office

Communication Sill

Presentation Skill

Qualifications

MBA-HR / MSW

Experience

2-5 years.
