Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Executive Chef in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
  • Develop menus and recipes that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure high-quality service.
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a chef or in a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and consistency.
