Executive Assistant

We are expanding our operations and looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support the management team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and management team. • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required. • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. • Coordinate internal communications and assist with client follow-ups. • Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance tracking, and record maintenance. • Assist in managing social media pages, content coordination, and basic performance tracking. • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders. • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Requirements: • Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field. • 2–5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Administrator. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. • Familiarity with HR processes and social media management tools preferred. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of HR operations and documentation. • Experience in managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook pages for brands. • Creative mindset with a good sense of design and communication tone. • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
