Key Responsibilities • Lead the design team to develop creative, functional, and high-quality interior solutions. • Manage end-to-end design process – from concept development, 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, to final execution. • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. • Communicate design intent clearly to clients and handle client presentations. • Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies. • Mentor and guide junior designers to build a strong design culture within the company. • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines.
