Job Description: Executive Assistant (EA) to Managing DirectorPosition Summary

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director will support strategic, administrative, and operational activities of the MD’s office. The EA will ensure effective coordination, timely follow-ups, confidential handling of information, preparation of business documents, and smooth functioning of MD-level priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel.

- Prepare briefs, notes, presentations, and reports for MD.

- Coordinate with department heads and ensure follow-up closures.

- Prepare and consolidate MIS reports, business updates, and dashboards.

- Draft internal and external communication on behalf of MD.

- Track progress of strategic and operational projects.

- Assist MD in tender documentation, reviews, and business proposals.

- Maintain strict confidentiality of all business-related information.

- Support customer/vendor interactions as directed by MD.

- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely updates to MD.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

- 5–12 years of relevant experience supporting senior management.

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

- Excellent command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and report drafting.

- High discipline, integrity, and confidentiality.

- Strong coordination, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels.

Working Requirements

- Full-time, based at Head Office.

- Flexible extended hours as required by MD.

- Availability beyond office hours for critical business needs
