Job Description

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize the Director’s calendar, arrange meetings, and handle travel plans.
  • Serve as the main contact between the Director and internal or external stakeholders, including drafting and reviewing business correspondence and documents.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow‑up action plans for important meetings and ensure timely execution of next steps.
  • Support strategic projects involving real estate deals, property management, and development work.
  • Manage sensitive records and legal documents related to real estate, ensuring both confidentiality and orderly organization.
  • Coordinate and communicate with senior leaders, clients, vendors, and team members on behalf of the Director.
  • Oversee general office administration such as expenses, vendor coordination, and planning events.
  • Work with multiple departments to implement the Managing Director’s instructions and keep operations running smoothly.
Key skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar discipline.
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate or a comparable sector.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate management tools.
  • Very good written and spoken communication abilities.
  • High standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Solid problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Capacity to perform effectively with minimal supervision in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
