Job Description

1.          Communication with existing and potential customers for business development.

2.          Responsible for activities related to sending samples, catalogues, negotiating price lists, providing documents for registration.

3.          Collecting full year business plan with quantity, price, value and ordering schedule.

4.          Prepare agreement with distributor and negotiating prices and terms of agreement.

5.          Co-ordination with International Customers, Internal QC & QA team for registration of products.

6.          Preparation of confirmed export order received from Customers and getting signed.

7.          To ensure timely delivery of products and receipt of the payment on time as per the agreements.

8.          Dealing with International product complaints and its Management with Geno technical team.

9.          Submission of monthly achievement, yearly achievement and deviation report.

10.       Maintain registration status of customers alongwith registration certificate and its renewals.

11.       Co-ordination with the plant head for timely completion of all export orders.

12.       Ensure order, sales, collection targets are achieved.

13.       Preparation of the cost sheet with margins and submitting quotations to the parties.

14.       To follow up with R&D and production for the requirements of new product as per the requirements of importing country.

15.       Responsible for meeting budgetary and export targets through motivating and developing team, consistently achieving and surpassing key performance indicators.

16.       Developing periodic business plan and strategies in coordination with macro plans of organisation for revenue generation through exports.

17.       Identifying and developing new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationship with Customers to achieve repeat/referral export business.

18.       Team with dealers to brainstorm and analyse the market and competitive situation for new business opportunities. Ensure that business is conducted in line with Company’s policies ethical practices, vision, mission and core values.

19.       Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of export trends achieving market share metrics.

20.       To supervise & control all country Managers located in different countries.

21.       Framing strategies for establishing greater awareness about the Company and its products.

22.       Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements, utilizing export feedback and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for positioning the products.

23.       Utilizing market feedback and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for formulating plans (both strategies as well as tactical) for the brands.

24.       Stream lining pre existing process to enhance efficiencies, while minimizing operational time and costs.

25.       Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand buildings market development.

26.       To distribute proper work amongst all export staff and take the work updates on daily, weekly, monthly basis.

27.       To report to Head – Business Development – Global Export on daily basis for achievement for approvals, confirmations and deviations etc.

28.       Any other Job Responsibilities that may be entrusted to you from time to time.
