Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CXO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel, and daily schedule efficiently.
• Track, document, and follow up on all tasks assigned to the CXO to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and coordinate action items with internal teams.
• Draft, proofread, and organize professional communications including emails, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CXO.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure systematic documentation.
• Anticipate the CXO’s requirements, provide timely reminders, and prepare necessary materials before meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant — preferably in healthcare, technology, or startup environments.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic priorities and fast-paced work environments.
