About the company- ‘Saan Global Limited’ is a professionally managed, multi-product organization in India representing several large and renowned MNCs in the field of specialty and bulk chemicals catering to Polyurethane, Thermo Plastic Polyurethane, Oil & Gas, Refineries, Steel, Wire, Cable, Polymer, Printing Ink etc. Subject- General Manager Sales (Direct MD Sales Handling) Position Title: General Sales Manager Reporting To: Managing Director Location: Noida Department: Sales CTC:- 15 to 20 Lakh Per Annum Role Summary: The General Sales Manager will be directly responsible for handling all sales activities under the direction of the Managing Director. This includes managing key customer accounts, developing business opportunities, achieving revenue targets, and supporting strategic growth without a dedicated team under him. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct Sales Execution (MD-Level Accounts) o Manage and execute all sales related to MD-assigned clients, leads, and strategic accounts. o Ensure timely closure of deals and maintain strong follow-ups. o Generate consistent sales revenue on a monthly basis aligned with assigned targets. o Ensure timely execution and closure of business opportunities to meet or exceed sales goals. 2. Business Development o Identify and pursue new business opportunities directly. o Present proposals, pricing, and product offerings to key clients. 3. Customer Relationship Management o Serve as the single point of contact for all MD-level customers. o Maintain long-term relationships, ensure satisfaction, and resolve escalations independently. 4. Sales Reporting o Provide regular updates, forecasts, and sales performance reports to the Managing Director. o Track customer interactions and maintain proper documentation. 5. Coordination with Internal Teams o Coordinate with product, logistics, finance, and admin teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer needs. o Ensure alignment with company policies, pricing, and terms. 6. Market Intelligence o Monitor competitors and market trends. o Provide feedback to the MD for strategic planning. Qualifications & Skills: · Graduate- BTech Chemical Engineer & MBA · 15 plus years of direct B2B or strategic sales experience. · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Self-driven, professional, and result oriented. · Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and creating impactful sales presentations . · Ability to prepare client-facing decks, performance reports, and strategic proposals in a clear, professional format. · Strong presentation and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders. · Ability to work independently without a team.
