Job Summary:

Executive Assistant (EA) to MD

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:

  Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, emails, and correspondence.

• Meetings & Coordination:

  Schedule, organize, and take minutes for meetings. Follow up on action points.

• Communication Management:

  Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

• Travel & Logistics:

  Plan and manage travel, accommodations, and itinerary for the MD.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as required.

• Project Assistance:

  Support in strategic projects, research, and implementation of key business initiatives.

• Confidentiality & Discretion:

  Handle sensitive company information with absolute confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  as an EA, preferably in the healthcare or corporate sector.
• Strong

  verbal and written communication

  skills.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  .
• Excellent

  organizational and multitasking

  abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• High level of

  professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
