Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director in Mumbai. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth executive operations, coordinating high-level communications, managing schedules, and handling sensitive business matters with discretion. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director in daily operational, strategic, and confidential matters Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations as required Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, NBFC partners, and other key stakeholders Coordinate travel itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting Assist in organizing board meetings, investor interactions, and senior leadership offsites Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion Support key projects and initiatives from the MD’s office, ensuring seamless execution Desired Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the financial services, consulting, or technology domain Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online productivity tools Demonstrated experience in diary/calendar management and stakeholder coordination A proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field Bonus: Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or NBFC operations Why Join Us?
