Executive Assistant to the Managing Director


What the role involves:

  • Managing day-to-day office activities with precision
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with management to ensure seamless operations

  • What we’re looking for:

    • Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel
    • Comfort with accounting systems and data management
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
    • Clear communication and coordination skills
    • A proactive work ethic with keen attention to detail
    • 0–2 years of experience (insurance or finance background is an advantage)
    • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent)
