Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO in managing day-to-day operations, communication, and strategic priorities. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support

  • Manage and prioritise the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost integrity and professionalism.
  • Assist in drafting emails, presentations, proposals, and reports.

2. Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

3. Communication & Documentation

  • Act as the point of contact between the executive office and internal/external contacts.
  • Manage communication channels and ensure messages are responded to promptly.
  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.

4. Research & Analysis

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Prepare briefs, summaries, and business insights as required for decision making.

5. Personal Assistance

  • Assist the CEO with personal tasks, planning, and coordination when required.
  • Manage household or personal scheduling tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar administrative roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
  • Problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and think one step ahead.
  • Experience in fashion, retail, startup, or creative industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
