Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will understand and resolve customer queries efficiently, driving sales through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer queries and provide clear, effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Generate sales by resolving customer issues and promoting our products/services.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders and coordinate with courier partners for smooth delivery.
  • Follow up regularly with courier partners to track deliveries and address any issues.
  • Work effectively to collect payments promptly from customers.
  • Obtain references and feedback from satisfied clients to enhance service quality.
  • Coordinate with customers for scheduling and confirming appointments at our studio.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
