Location: Ichchhapore, Surat

About Us

VK Precious Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the diamond & jewellery industry, is looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure smooth business operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize daily workflows
• Draft emails, handle phone calls, and maintain professional communication
• Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic documents
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics
• Maintain confidential files, data, and business records
• Support senior management in operations, follow-ups, and task execution
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients for seamless coordination
• Assist in planning, project tracking, and office management activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail and time management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience: 1–4 years in EA/Admin/Operations role
