Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant to CMDDepartment: Corporate OfficeReporting To: Chairman & Managing Director (CMD)Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant (EA) to CMD will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CMD, ensuring smooth coordination of activities, efficient time management, and professional representation of the CMD’s office. The role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage CMD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel itineraries (domestic & international).
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CMD.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all action items, pending approvals, and commitments.
  • Act as a liaison between CMD and internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, track progress on decisions, and update CMD regularly.

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Support CMD in strategic planning, project tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Assist in data analysis, report preparation, and presentation for management reviews.
  • Research, compile, and summarize information for CMD’s meetings and decision-making.
  • Coordinate board meetings, business reviews, and key corporate events.

Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain professional and effective communication on behalf of CMD with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive business matters discreetly.
  • Serve as the CMD’s representative in select meetings, when required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably CMD/CEO/MD.
  • Experience in corporate or diversified business environments preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
