Key Responsibilities Supervise daily packaging operations and ensure production schedules are met. Monitor packaging line efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce wastage. Ensure packaging materials are available, properly stored, and used efficiently. Enforce compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards in the packaging area. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues. Train, guide, and motivate packaging staff to enhance performance and productivity. Conduct regular inspections of packaging equipment and request maintenance when required. Maintain accurate records of packaging output, wastage, and material consumption. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CMD. Ensure timely follow-up on all action items, pending approvals, and commitments.
