Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Gurugram. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, including managing expense reports, diary management, and executive support. Daily tasks will include scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information. The role requires a high level of professionalism, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to ensure the CEO's agenda is efficiently managed. Serve as a thought partner to the executive by tracking priorities, following up on key projects, and anticipating needs. Represent the executive in select internal and external communications with professionalism and clarity. Prepare briefs, presentations, and reports with strategic insights and crisp storytelling. Help plan and execute leadership offsites, team communication rhythms, and cross-functional initiatives. Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel — across time zones and with multiple stakeholders. Act as the gatekeeper: prioritize demands, screen requests, and maintain schedule integrity. Organize and take minutes in high-stakes meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and accountability. Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and logistics with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain confidential information with utmost sensitivity and discretion. What You Bring: 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication; ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and tact. Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be the custodian of sensitive information. Tech-savvy — comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, project management tools, etc. High degree of professionalism, initiative, and ownership mindset. A genuine desire to contribute to a mission-led, fast-paced organization.
