Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and ensuring timely updates.
  2. Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
  3. Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  4. Act as a liaison for client coordination and communication on behalf of the CEO.
  5. Prepare and consolidate reports, presentations, and documents for review.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and task execution.
  7. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality in all matters.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Communication skills, written/verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Keep information confidential
