The Sales Specialist will be responsible for Business Development (B2) including frequent visits, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, and managing sales operations. Role Overview: The Executive Assistant to the CEO will act as a strategic support resource, facilitating seamless coordination between the CEO and multiple internal departments. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth environment and takes initiative to improve processes and decision-making efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. * Support the CEO in strategic decision-making by preparing briefing notes, reports, and action trackers. * Work closely with Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Support teams to ensure alignment on key business priorities. * Track progress of departmental deliverables and report status to the CEO. * Follow up on action items, deadlines, and operational escalations. * Support execution of strategic initiatives and company-wide projects. * Coordinate key activities such as vendor onboarding, partnership discussions, and internal reviews. * Prepare presentations, proposals, dashboards, and MIS reports as required. * Draft professional emails, internal communications, and business correspondences on behalf of the CEO. * Document minutes of meetings and ensure timely follow-ups. * Maintain confidential company records, agreements, and files with discretion. Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Management / Commerce / Engineering. * 2–6 years of experience as EA, Business Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role (preferably in a tech/energy/infrastructure environment). * Strong command over MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & documentation. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks with high ownership and accountability.
