Role: Executive Assistant to CEO (High-Growth Tech Startup)

We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful Executive Assistant to the CEO who can turn chaos into momentum and help the company move faster.

What you’ll do

• Own the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and time — protect focus, eliminate distractions.
• Coordinate meetings, prep, and follow-ups so decisions actually turn into actions.
• Manage email, documents, and information flow — ensure the CEO sees what matters, not everything.
• Support special projects: research, decks, investor/customer prep, operations tasks.
• Handle daily admin: travel, logistics, notes, reminders, and ensuring tasks are truly completed.
• Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and the team — clear, fast, frictionless.
