Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. Based in Mumbai, the role involves providing administrative support, managing the CEO’s diary and schedule, preparing expense reports, and handling executive correspondence. The Executive Assistant will act as a key point of communication between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient time management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to provide high-level support and manage tasks effectively.
• Skills in Executive Support and Diary Management to coordinate schedules, meetings and appointments efficiently.
• Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports with attention to detail and organizational accuracy.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in administrative or executive support roles is preferred.
