Executive Assistant

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating across teams, and ensuring that priorities move forward smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the CEO to manage and track ongoing projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to assign tasks, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely completion
• Maintain project timelines, status updates, and reporting
• Assist in planning, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives
• Prepare summaries, presentations, and internal communications
• Act as a point of contact between the CEO and team members
• Help improve processes, workflows, and overall operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Operations role is a plus
