Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Kolkata. The primary responsibilities include managing the CEO's diary, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and offering comprehensive administrative support. The Executive Assistant will act as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient task management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the CEO's operations are streamlined and effective.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support to senior-level executives
• Experience in the preparation and management of Expense Reports
• Effective Diary Management and scheduling skills
• Strong background in Administrative Assistance and daily office operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a related field is preferred
