We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Phi Brands — a leading Strategic Brand Communication Design agency partnering with passionate startups and MSME Indian Entrepreneurs with National and Global aspirations for their B2B and D2C Brands. If you’re passionate about design, storytelling, and creating visually impactful content for brands, this role is for you! Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design engaging visuals for social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns. Create short-form videos and motion content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) using tools like Canva, Veed.io , or equivalent. Collaborate with the strategy and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all design materials. Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and social media formats to keep content fresh and relevant. Deliver high-quality creatives under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and originality Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field. 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design. Proficiency in Canva and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator is a plus). Strong sense of design aesthetics, typography, and layout. Basic video editing skills using Canva, Veed.io, or equivalent tools. Familiarity with AI tools for image and video creation is an added advantage. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. This is the closest seat to the founder across two high-velocity businesses: Phi Brands (Brand Strategy + Creative + Consulting) Purple Chariot Weddings (Wedding Planning + Execution) You’ll function as the founder’s thinking partner, ensuring structured execution, smooth coordination, sharp communication, and high-efficiency operations across all ongoing projects. If you’re smart, proactive, and hungry to learn, this role will accelerate your career faster than any typical corporate job. WHAT YOU WILL OWN 1. Founder Productivity & Calendar Manage the founder’s calendar with precision Prioritise meetings, shoots, strategy sessions, and travel. Prepare daily briefs & next-day action plans. Protect the founder’s time by filtering low-value tasks. 2. Project Coordination Across Both Businesses Track client deliverables, timelines, and bottlenecks Liaise between creative, wedding, ops, and production teams Ensure all teams stay aligned and accountable. Maintain project dashboards and status sheets. 3. Communication & Representation Draft structured emails, WhatsApp updates, and follow-ups. Join key meetings with the founder or attend on his behalf. Prepare minutes, action lists, and follow-through plans Coordinate with clients and vendors professionally. 4. Operational Support Build and implement SOPs. Manage documents, agreements, proposals, and billing inputs. Oversee and guide the back-office admin on routine tasks. Keep internal systems organised and up to date. 5. Strategy, Research & Intelligence Research brands, markets, consumer trends, and competition Prepare briefing packs before important meetings. Support pitches and campaign development with structured inputs Convert raw information into crisp, usable insights. 6. Travel & On-Ground Support Willingness to travel for shoots, weddings, events, recce, and projects Assist with on-ground coordination when required.
