About the Role

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements

• Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders

• Prepare presentations, reports, briefs, and meeting documentation

• Track leadership action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across teams

• Support board meetings, leadership reviews, and strategic discussions

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion

• Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leadership

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
