Responsibilities : Executive and Personal Assistant Duties Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle personal errands and ad-hoc tasks efficiently. Organise and maintain digital filing systems. Provide general administrative support as required. Property Management (Primary Focus) Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations. Assist with property development projects as needed. Bookkeeping and Financial Administration Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with budgeting. Prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts as needed.
