Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. Salary: Rs 26000 p.m ( negotiable) It is mandatory to live within 8 kms/ 30 mins travel time of the workplace( sector 63 Noida) Key Responsibilities Administrative & Calendar Management Organize and update the daily calendar; share Monika Ma’am’s schedule with the team. Plan and book domestic travel, accommodation, and prepare detailed itineraries. Maintain travel records and coordinate expense reporting with accounts. Meetings & Communication Take detailed meeting notes and circulate concise email briefs with action points. Prepare presentations (PPTs) for business meetings and product launches.
