Title: Business Development Associate – Global Sales & Partnerships Location: Noida (On-site) Experience: 0–2 years Who it’s for: Fresh graduates or early professionals passionate about building a career in global sales, manufacturing, and sustainable business. SALARY: 30K-40 K PM + sales based incentives About Nomad Originals We’re a proudly women-led, globally certified toy manufacturing house working with brands like Hamleys, Walmart USA, and Five Below. Based in Noida, we design and manufacture soft toys and plush goods —and we’re rapidly scaling. Now, we’re looking for a sharp, motivated young mind to join our Business Development team and grow with us. What You’ll Get to Do Learn to manage and grow global buyer accounts Assist with outreach, trade show planning, and lead follow-ups Work directly with the CEO and senior BD managers to shadow real deals Coordinate with product, costing, and factory teams to understand how business and manufacturing connect prepare product presentations, catalogues, and pricing decks Join video calls with buyers, handle email communication, and start owning smaller accounts over time Who You Are A fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience in BD/sales/exports (internships count!)
