What You’ll Do As a key member of our operations team, you will lead merchant acquisition efforts for our consumer lending business. Working closely with the founding team, business development, and product teams, you’ll be responsible for building strong merchant partnerships that drive adoption of our security-backed credit solutions. Your work will directly influence growth, revenue, and the overall success of our fintech platform. Role Overview We are seeking motivated and energetic Field Sales Executives to represent 1Fi at partner retail outlets. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand how 1Fi works and encouraging them to sign up. Key Responsibilities Be present at designated partner stores and actively approach customers. Distribute pamphlets and explain 1Fi’s mutual fund–backed loan offering in simple, customer-friendly language. Generate leads by encouraging sign-ups via QR codes, apps, or forms. Answer basic queries and direct interested customers to our onboarding/sales team. Maintain a daily record of leads and share feedback from customers. Ensure professional representation of 1Fi at all partner locations. Requirements Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred. Strong communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language). Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people. Previous experience in field sales/promotions/retail marketing is a plus. Willing to work on-field at multiple store locations.
