SDE1 (Full Stack Developer)

As a Full Stack Developer (SDE 1) at our company, you will have the exciting opportunity to take complete ownership of building and scaling core products from scratch. You will work closely with the founding team to turn ambitious fintech ideas into robust, user-first web and mobile experiences with end-to-end responsibility across design, development, and deployment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and ship products end-to-end across web and mobile using React.js / React Native and Node.js (or similar modern stack). - Own product features completely - from understanding the problem to designing, developing, testing, and deploying it. - Ensure scalability, security, and performance across applications and infrastructure. - Collaborate directly with founders on product strategy, user experience, and technology choices. - Continuously experiment and innovate with tools and frameworks to accelerate development. **Qualifications Required:** - 2 years of full-stack development experience, with a proven ability to ship independently. - Strong proficiency in React.js / React Native and Node.js / Express.js (or equivalent). - Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Firebase / Supabase) and API integrations. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) and version control (Git). - High sense of ownership - you don't wait for instructions; you identify problems and solve them. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment with minimal oversight. - Passionate about fintech, particularly in areas like lending, investments, or wealth-tech.
