Role Overview:

• As a Field Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of 1Fi’s lending product by building and scaling our on-ground sales operations. This role involves:
• Hiring, training, and managing a high-performing field sales team.
• Driving merchant acquisition and channel partnerships across regions.
• Establishing operational processes for scalable and efficient execution.
• Delivering on ambitious sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
