Internship - Growth and Business Development

What You’ll Do

As a Growth & Business Development Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our merchant acquisition and partnership efforts for our consumer lending business. Working directly with the founding team, you’ll gain first-hand exposure to how fintech partnerships are built, scaled, and managed. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of business development in a fast-growing fintech startup.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and identifying potential merchants, categories, and geographies for partnership
• Assisting in outreach and onboarding of merchants for our consumer lending products
• Supporting negotiations, documentation, and process coordination for new partnerships
• Coordinating with the product and tech teams to ensure smooth integration and merchant training
• Tracking performance metrics and preparing reports on acquisition progress
• Staying up to date with industry trends in BNPL, credit, and consumer lending

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Strong interest in fintech, lending, and/or payments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with a “get-things-done” attitude
• Comfortable with research, data analysis, and using MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Self-starter who is eager to learn and take ownership of projects
