Role Overview As a Product Management Intern at 1Fi, you will gain hands-on experience in building and scaling an innovative fintech product. Working closely with the founding team, you will be responsible for defining product features, analyzing user insights, and contributing to the product roadmap. Key Responsibilities - Assist in product research, competitive analysis, and user insights to enhance 1Fi's offerings. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to transform ideas into product features. - Aid in defining product requirements, user flows, and wireframes to ensure a seamless user experience. - Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and analyze product metrics to optimize performance. - Support the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features. - Keep abreast of fintech trends, lending products, and investment platforms to introduce fresh ideas. Who You Are - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field. - Passionate about fintech, investments, and financial products. - Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. - Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with different teams. - Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, Figma, or analytics tools is a plus. - Entrepreneurial mindset - enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
