Technology Lead (Fintech)

What You’ll Do

As our Tech Lead, you’ll drive the technical vision, architecture, and execution of our web and mobile platforms. You’ll partner closely with the founding team to translate ambitious product ideas into robust, scalable, and user-friendly fintech solutions that can serve millions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the tech roadmap — defining architecture, tools, and processes to support rapid iteration and long-term scalability.
• Building and scaling the core product — leading development of our mobile app (React Native, Flutter) and backend (Node.js, Express.js, Firebase, or similar).
• Designing and integrating APIs, services, and databases to deliver seamless lending and investment journeys.
• Mentoring and growing the engineering team — setting coding standards, reviewing code, and ensuring engineering best practices.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and business to deliver solutions that are performant, secure, and delightful to use.
• Exploring and experimenting with new technologies to keep us ahead of the curve in fintech innovation.

Who You Are

• Engineering graduate from a Tier-1 institute (IITs or equivalent).
• Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
• Proven experience building and scaling products end-to-end — ideally in fintech or adjacent industries.
• Strong technical depth in front-end (React Native/React.js) and/or back-end (Node.js/Express.js, Firebase, or similar).
• Experience leading small teams or projects, with the ability to mentor engineers and enforce high-quality standards.
• Passionate about fintech — especially around lending, investments, or mutual funds.
• Thrive in early-stage environments where speed, creativity, and ownership matter more than hierarchy.
• Bonus: Knowledge of investment platforms, lending models, or financial products.
