Field Sales Executive

Role Overview – Sales Executive

We are looking for driven and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join the 1Fi team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchant partners, driving customer sign-ups, and building relationships at the ground level. You will play a key role in expanding 1Fi’s footprint by introducing our mutual fund–backed loan products to both merchants and end customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new merchants in your assigned territory.
• Pitch the benefits of 1Fi’s offerings to merchant partners and close onboarding deals.
• Develop strong relationships with store owners to ensure continued engagement and customer referrals.
• Promote 1Fi’s financial products (especially mutual fund–backed loans) to customers at partner outlets.
• Encourage customer sign-ups using QR codes, mobile apps, or forms.
• Address basic questions from customers and merchants, and refer qualified leads to the onboarding/sales team.
• Share daily reports on merchant leads, customer engagement, and on-ground feedback.
• Maintain a professional presence and effectively represent 1Fi’s brand in the market.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or relevant regional languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills; confident in interacting with both merchants and customers.
• Prior experience in sales, merchant acquisition, retail marketing, or fintech is a plus.
• Comfortable working on-ground and traveling between store locations.
