Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Promote and demonstrate products to customers to drive sales.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, product delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.
  • Attend sales meetings, trainings, and product briefings as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
