Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to drive demand generation and broker engagement. You’ll own a cluster, map out where the demand is, generate your own leads, onboard brokers into the partner program, and help tenants discover and book our homes.

This role is built for someone who thrives in the field — who’s done door-to-door sales, knows how to build relationships on the ground, and wants to help reinvent how people find rental homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to understand the lay of the land for your assigned cluster; societies with maximum demand, upcoming supply, and key decision-makers
  • Generate leads through door-to-door sales, building direct relationships with brokers, facility managers, security guards, and other local stakeholders
  • Onboard and manage brokers as partners; explain the partnership program, drive engagement, and ensure regular inflow of leads
  • Conduct property visits with prospective tenants and close deals on the ground
  • Act as the face of the company in your cluster, ensuring trust and a superior experience for brokers and tenants alike

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a field sales role, ideally in telecom, fintech, or other high-velocity on-ground sales environments
  • Proven ability to generate leads independently and close deals in the field
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport quickly with brokers, guards, and local stakeholders
  • High ownership mindset; you treat your cluster like your own business
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, unstructured startup environments

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets to track leads and performance
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management platforms (preferred)
  • Ability to plan and execute local marketing and outreach activities
