Social Media Content Creator

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can take complete ownership of building and scaling 1Fi’s digital presence from scratch. You will work directly with the founding team to create high-impact content including videos, reels, graphics, and storytelling that communicates the vision of India’s first security-backed pay-later platform.

This is not a task-based role. It is a creator’s role for someone who thrives in autonomy, moves fast, and enjoys turning ideas into engaging content that drives growth and brand love.

What You Will Do

• Create high-quality short-form video content from scripting and shooting to editing and publishing

• Produce visually appealing graphics, creatives, and brand assets using tools such as Canva or Photoshop

• Manage and grow 1Fi’s social media channels including Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

• Appear on camera when needed and deliver confident, natural, and engaging content

• Track trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to keep the brand relevant

• Work closely with the founding team on brand voice, content ideas, and campaign concepts

• Own the content calendar from ideation to execution to analytics

• Experiment rapidly, analyse performance, and refine content based on insights

Who You Are

• Someone with zero to two years of experience in content creation, videography, social media, or digital storytelling

• Skilled in short-form video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro

• Comfortable scripting, planning, and producing content independently

• Confident on camera with a natural, engaging presence

• Strong aesthetic sense with working knowledge of graphic design tools

• Deep understanding of Instagram culture, trends, and content psychology

• High ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and execute without constant guidance

• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment

• Additional experience in fintech, personal finance, or creator-led brands is a plus
