The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations, managing client deliverables, and supporting internal processes. Key Responsibilities · Process Management: Oversee and streamline internal workflows to ensure efficiency in client deliverables and business operations. · Client Coordination: Assist in onboarding clients, maintaining records, and ensuring timely communication and follow-ups. · Documentation & Compliance: Support preparation, organization, and submission of grant/funding-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with scheme requirements. · Reporting & Monitoring: Track project progress, prepare status reports, and monitor key performance metrics for ongoing assignments. · Deadline Adherence: Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines. · Team Support: Work closely with Business Analysts, Content Teams, and Leadership to ensure timely delivery of outputs. · Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with external stakeholders including incubators, accelerators, and government bodies when needed. · Operational Improvement: Identify gaps in current processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
