About the role:

The ideal candidate for this position will excel if they can keep their calm in a high-pressure environment coordinating the logistics of the CEO of the company. The candidate should have some relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct all administrative work, making sure the CEO's operations run smoothly. The candidate should be detail oriented and a creative problem solver., supports reporting needs and facilitates smooth information flow within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidating and maintaining MIS, Reports, liaising with leadership and teams on the same
  • End to end ownership for all company databases (including clients, MIS, targets/sales reports etc.)
  • Maintaining minutes of meetings, creating tasks for relevant individual tasks and following up with relevant people to ensure all open tasks are complete (including timely escalations/ bringing any roadblocks to the notice of the CEO and helping in implementing relevant solutions)
  • Office Administrative tasks/Vendor Management- procurement/documentation/ complete ownership for smooth running of day-to-day office
  • Personal Assistant to CEO in any personal tasks, calendar and appointment management
  • Research and Execution of all tasks assigned by CEO and/or members of the leadership team (this will include personal tasks of the Founder such as flight and hotel bookings, research/ budget management etc.)
  • HR initiatives- liaising with leadership team on talent requirements, preparing Job Descriptions, posting on relevant platforms and filtering profiles, hiring and ancillary documentation, maintaining employee records etc.
  • Setting up and running the internship programs, reaching out, liaising and negotiating/ discussing with relevant institutions, taking full ownership smooth running of internship programs
  • Assisting/ supporting the accounts team with compliance related matters (as and when required)
  • Preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders, investor management, tasks pertaining to fundraising, including (but not limited to) pitch, research, maintaining records of discussions, tracking and providing end to end support with transaction closure, documentation, filings and investor management.
  • Any other tasks as may be assigned


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Communication skills, written/verbal
