Job role:
We are looking for a brand custodian. Responsibility includes developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our Brand s online & offline (organic & paid) marketing campaigns across all channels; especially digital. You will work with the Marketing, Products and supporting teams (such as website developers, designers), and other vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget. You will also support the Annual marketing plan strategy, and drive social media content planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital & Social Media Management:
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of digital content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, WhatsApp, Newsletters. Staying on top of trends to ensure timely communication rollouts and continuously work to increase brand presence on all digital platforms.
Website & SEO:
Increase website traffic through various cross-platform integrations and promotions, SEO and search activities, maintenance, and upkeep of the website.
Brand Collaborations:
Develop and implement strategies to digitally collaborate with complementary luxury brands, run co-branded campaigns, enhancing audience engagement and expanding our online reach.
Analytics & Reporting:
Regularly monitor social media content and campaign performance. Identify areas for improvement, implement optimizations, and report on KPIs to ensure consistent growth and success.
Experiential Marketing:
Assist in brainstorming and proposing experiential marketing concepts and activations that resonate with our target audience, driving engagement and building lasting connections. Key Skills Required:
Exposure to working with luxury brands Hands on with Social Media Marketing and the latest trends Content creation and copy writing Email Marketing
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s / Master s degree 2+ years in a Digital Media position Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent multitasking and project management skills Networking / Communication / Attention to details Creativity and Problem Solving A background in the luxury travel and/or luxury retail space would be a plus Good relationships with influencers (good to have)
