Key Responsibilities

Executive & Team Assistance (Primary Focus)

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments

    for leadership and senior management.
  • Coordinate meetings

    between leadership, internal teams, and clients.
  • Prepare

    travel bookings, vendor management, and expense coordination

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

    Business Administration, HR, or related fields

  • 2–4 years of experience

    as an

    Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator, or HR Executive

    .
  • Excellent

    organizational and multitasking skills

    .
  • Strong

    written and verbal communication abilities

    .
  • Ability to

    thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced agency culture

  • Basic understanding of

    HR processes

  • Proficiency in
