Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines across Zoho applications and SaaS platforms. Implement Deluge scripts to automate workflows and data transformations within Zoho. Configure and manage Zoho Analytics for data modeling, cleansing, dashboards, and BI reporting. Integrate Zoho with external SaaS tools and cloud platforms using Zoho Flow, REST APIs, and third-party connectors (Zapier, Make, etc.). Perform data migration, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. Collaborate with product, finance, sales, and operations teams to deliver data-driven insights. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance within SaaS and Zoho ecosystems.Optimize ETL processes for scalability, performance, and reliability. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with 2+ Years as ETL developer. Hands-on experience in the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, Payroll). Proficiency in Deluge scripting for data workflows and automation. Expertise in Zoho Analytics (data models, KPIs, dashboards, reports). Proficiency in SQL for data queries, validation, and transformation. Experience with APIs (REST, JSON, XML) and SaaS integrations. Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data pipelines, and SaaS-based architectures. Knowledge of data migration and quality assurance techniques. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud storage and data warehouses (AWS S3, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). Familiarity with BI/Visualization tools beyond Zoho Analytics (Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
