Job Title: ETL Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL workflows.

Architect and optimize data warehouse (DWH) solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability

Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction, transformation, and loading

Collaborate with data analysts, BI developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements

Lead and mentor a team of ETL developers, ensuring best practices and code quality

Evaluate and onboard new ETL tools and technologies as needed

Implement data governance, quality checks, and monitoring mechanisms

Required Skills

8 - 12 years of hands-on experience in ETL development using at least one prominent ETL tool

Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and performance tuning

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for modern data transformation workflows

Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for automation
