ERP Manager

Key Responsibilities

ERP Product Management & Development Coordination

• Lead end-to-end ERP development lifecycle in close collaboration with product, engineering, and UI/UX teams.
• Translate industry pain points into product features and process flows.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and iteration based on client/user feedback.

Customer Relationship & Project Coordination

• Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients in India and abroad.
• Manage implementation, onboarding, and support processes across diverse customer segments.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring adoption success.

Cross-Functional & Team Leadership

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure product alignment and promotion strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional ERP project team including developers, consultants, and client service teams.

Market & Industry Alignment

• Stay updated with industry trends across the full textile lifecycle – from raw material sourcing (yarn), manufacturing, branding, supply chain, to omni-channel retail.
• Integrate industry best practices into product design and feature planning.

Strategic Promotion & Growth Enablement

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging, client case studies, and product demos.
• Support sales teams with technical and domain expertise during client pitches and solution walkthroughs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Industry Experience:

   8+ years in ERP implementation/coordination within the 

  Apparel & Textile industry

  ; sound understanding from 

  Yarn to Retail

• Domain Expertise:

   In-depth knowledge of 

  Manufacturing

  , 

  Branding

  , 

  Wholesale Distribution

  , 

  E-Commerce

  , and 

  Retail workflows

  .

• Leadership & Coordination:

   Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and ERP deployment across multiple clients.

• Communication:

   Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with CXOs, technical teams, and field users alike.

• Technology Orientation:

   Exposure to ERP platforms, supply chain automation tools, business intelligence, and cloud-based solutions.

• Client-Centric Mindset:

   Experience in both domestic and international client coordination and relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Textile Technology, Apparel Merchandising, Information Technology, or related fields. Relevant ERP certifications (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.).
• Exposure to B2B SaaS environments or digital transformation initiatives.
