Role Overview:

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Marketing:

  Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

• Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

• SEO/SEM Strategies:

  Implement and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings, website traffic, and conversion rates.

• Web Analytics:

  Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Content Creation:

  Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for digital platforms, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and social media posts.

• Communication Strategy:

  Design and execute communication strategies to engage with existing customers and attract new prospects through email marketing, newsletters, and other online channels.

• Market Research:

  Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices, with a particular focus on the apparel and textile sector.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure marketing strategies align with the company’s objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing, web analytics, SEO/SEM strategies, and campaign management.

• Skills:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Experience with email marketing and automation tools.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Industry Knowledge:

  Experience or familiarity with the apparel or textile industry is a plus, as it will help you tailor campaigns to the company's core audience.
