Job Summary:

(1 to 2 Years Experience)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
  • Promote products/services and generate interest over the phone.
  • Maintain and update customer database with relevant information.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly and handle basic queries confidently.
  • Work with daily/weekly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for execution of B2B orders and follow-up tasks.
  • Maintain professionalism and brand communication standards at all times.


Requirements:

  • Sales Executives with excellent

    verbal communication skills

    in English and Hindi.
  • Confident, presentable, and self-motivated with a learning mindset.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM or calling software.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to meet daily targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
